In addition to linear airings, this campaign received over 2 million views on social media and generated extensive earned media coverage across various outlets.

When Dos Equis announced that the original Most Interesting Man in the World would be replaced with a new one, Steve Levy and John Anderson both wanted the part. After an exhaustive search, we revealed the new Most Interesting Man on SportsCenter in a custom piece that debuted Dos Equis' new brand spot. Unfortunately, it didn't work out for either ESPN host, so they were forced to stay stuck in their roles as iconic SportsCenter anchors, but our campaign did earn some press, so their shots at stardom weren't a total waste.

As Steve Arhancet, founder and CEO of pro esports organization Team Liquid, says, his players "need to be training on the best to be the best." At the Team Liquid practice facility in Los Angeles, players have access to the latest equipment from Alienware so they can do just that. In this branded content collaboration between Alienware and ESPN, Arhancet welcomes ESPN's Gary Striewski along with Karl-Anthony Towns and JuJu Smith-Schuster, two of the biggest gamers in traditional sports, for an all-access tour of the state-of-the-art facility. After the tour, the group sits down for a conversation before JuJu and KAT put on their gaming headsets and show off their skills.
The 30-second video ran as pre-roll and drove fans to the full video on Alienware's social channels. The full video was also posted on ESPN's Facebook page and on the ESPN Esports YouTube channel.

Late night talk show personality Guillermo is a morning person now! He's decided that Wendy's breakfast is worth getting up for, and he's showing up at morning shows across ESPN and ABC to let everyone know about it. These "live" spots for ESPN's First Take and Get Up aligned with Guillermo's appearance on ABC's Good Morning America as part of a cohesive Disney cross-network morning-takeover campaign for Wendy's to promote the launch of their new breakfast offerings.

Steve Levy and Scott Van Pelt's Wi-Fi enabled Chevy vehicle gives them access to all the hoops, baseball, bowling and college wrestling they need. Ah, the great outdoors.
On May 2, 2015, a handful of high-profile sporting events all happened to fall on the same day, leading many to deem it the "best sports day ever." In addition to linear airings, the client decided to feature this spot on ESPN.com on that day, when all eyes were on sports and traffic to the site was noticeably higher. We also had Levy and SVP post to social to further capitalize on this unplanned sports miracle.

When McDonald's came to us looking for custom content to align with their "Big Mac Debate" campaign, we knew the world needed to hear from the always-opinionated Stephen A. Smith. He and Jalen Rose weigh in as the debate rages on.

For Goodyear, we developed this "Winning Traditions" college football campaign, which included a dedicated ESPN.com microsite where fans could vote for their favorite tradition ahead of the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic. I wrote the content for each of the 15 nominated traditions, capturing the history and spirit behind some of the sport's most iconic rituals.
Former and current NFL stars Charles Woodson, Todd Gurley and Von Miller know that team colors aren't just for game day. I wrote these stories featuring Woodson and Gurley, and I had the opportunity to interview Gurley and Miller to get the lowdown on their fashion-sense. It all lived as an advertorial in ESPN The Magazine for NFL Apparel.

There's nothing quite like watching a football weekend culminate with the grand finale: Monday Night Football. Monday nights are special, and to be successful on the week's biggest stage, you have to be made for it. As the presenting sponsor of Monday Night Kickoff, GMC enlisted Randy Moss to ask one question: Are you made for Monday Night?
Golf etiquette rule #1: Don't try Coke Zero Sugar in the middle of someone's putt. While Scott Van Pelt may be known for his golf prowess, he apparently checked his etiquette at the door on this golf outing with Rece Davis.
But on one glorious take while shooting this spot, SVP's distractions didn't matter. Rece unintentionally nailed his putt, so we turned it into riveting social content.

Michigan vs. Ohio State. Auburn vs. Alabama. Galloway vs. Kanell? In 2015, a new college football rivalry emerged when Joey Galloway and Danny Kanell challenged each other for Capital One Bowl Mania Pick 'Em supremacy. In addition to making their own picks, fans were able to follow the Joey/Danny saga online, where they ultimately saw Joey take the crown.
The next year, Danny was more determined than ever to win. Unfortunately, the complicated algorithm he developed in our 2016 iteration of this campaign didn't come through for him, but it was fun watching him try.

During Capital One Bowl Mania, there are a lot of games to watch. And we mean a lot. To show just how big Capital One Bowl Mania really is, Joey Galloway made a very scientific (and delectable) scale model and brought it to set. While Danny Kanell was disappointed to learn that he couldn't eat Joey's model, it must've really resonated with him because the next year, he decided that there was so much Capital One Bowl Mania going on that the most efficient thing to do was to set up camp on set and watch every game. Danny was also featured in a radio spot that year where he took us through the Bowl Mania numbers, proving that when you add it all up, there's no denying it: Capital One Bowl Mania is huge.

FanDuel Casino's #1 Feeling: Winning campaign rests on a simple truth: There are a lot of pretty good feelings, but the #1 feeling is winning. We had an opportunity to create audio spots for the campaign and had a lot of fun making them... even though we probably ranked the 85th best feeling, "eating whipped cream straight from the can," way too low.

We developed "Chill Time is Thrill Time," a three-spot TV campaign designed to attract new players by promoting high-priority games, while laddering up to FanDuel Casino's "Thrillionaires" brand campaign. Built on the insight that everyone has their own way to unwind, the spots use VFX to transport players into the game world, positioning FanDuel Casino as the ultimate destination for those who find their chill in thrills. This is the first spot in the series, and the other two will be released later in 2026.
As it turns out, people who don't know how to play casino games choose not to play them. So we needed a way to teach people how to play some of the most popular games on FanDuel Casino, but we also realized that people don't open the FanDuel Casino app to sit through drawn-out tutorials. So we built a Casino 101 Hub from the ground up and made short, sweet, entertaining digital videos to help people quickly find their Aha Moment, making it easy to go from "Huh?" to "Aha!"

On FanDuel Casino, we know that the stars of the show are the games. We leveraged our most popular games to create these graphically-driven TV and social executions, which showcased the world of fun that exists on the platform and encouraged casino fans to explore. After our initial spots dropped over the summer, we ran a refreshed series the following winter to promote the exclusive online launch of Huff N' More Puff, one of the most popular traditional casino slot games.

Even FanDuel Casino's own VO talent couldn't believe that a brand new, never-before-seen Huff N' Puff game had come exclusively to FanDuel Casino. It took a few takes, but she finally nailed the line, letting the world know that Huff N' Lots of Puff had made its worldwide debut on our platform.

To raise awareness for the FanDuel Faceoff app, where fans can compete head-to-head in skill games against real opponents for cash prizes, we made this digital video for paid media, highlighting the platform's value props and showcasing its exciting gameplay.

Scoring two candy bars for the price of one. Ditching a long grocery line for a newly-opened register. Catching a bus you thought you'd just missed. It's those small, everyday wins that bring smiles to faces, and they were the focal point of our launch campaign for Reward Machine, FanDuel Casino's flagship free-to-play game, which gives FanDuel Casino players more chances at wins every day.

When Vince Camuto came to us looking to align their brand with the NFL in a "bold, confident and magnetic" way, we knew Eric Decker was our guy. We produced a series of digital shorts that featured the star wide receiver at a photoshoot in NYC, where he gave his take on everything from style and confidence to family and the holiday season.

When Mike Golic and Dick Vitale can't be at the game, they try to recreate that stadium atmosphere at home. Fortunately, Trey Wingo and Bill Walton are there to fill them in on Vivid Seats, the easy way to get tickets to the games they want to see so they don't have to watch from home.

Content creation is kind of my thing, and it's taken me to some pretty cool places. In ESPN's CreativeWorks group, I got to build branded and co-branded campaigns for some of the biggest names in the world. Most recently, I was an associate creative director on the marketing team at FanDuel, at the forefront of one of the fastest-growing industries around.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching baseball, football and Shark Tank with this guy.
